Memory Mountain at Wolf Laurel

Located along the edge of Pisgah National Forest, our venue is a cabin lodge situated on 200 acres and features lakes, streams, and wildflower gardens. The venue is located about 27 miles north of Asheville. Nearby airports: Asheville Regional Airport (40 miles); Tri-Cities Regional, TN (53 miles); Greenville-Spartanburg, SC (103 miles); and Charlotte-Douglas (144 miles). If you are staying with us at our wedding venue and would like some more information about your accommodations, please feel free to visit Memory Mountain at Wolf Laurel. Otherwise, contact Rachel or John if you have specific questions about the cabins and their amenities!

Access to a car will be required, but we can probably arrange a pick-up and drop-off for visitors who stay at Memory Mountain and are flying to Asheville Regional Airport. We encourage carpooling so we are also happy to help match people together who wish to split rental cars for the weekend and are arriving around the same dates/times. Please provide Rachel or Laurie your itinerary details if you are interested in a carpool!

Dogs are welcome at Memory Mountain! Please inform Rachel or John if you plan on bringing your furry child to stay as there is a nominal pet fee. There is no charge if they're just coming for the wedding!

Memory Mountain at Wolf Laurel:

We have reserved all five cabins on the property but they filled up fast with our families and friends! There are only some twin beds and sleeper sofas still available, so if you're traveling solo and need somewhere to crash, please discuss with Rachel or John as soon as possible.

**We have reserved 10 rooms at the Comfort Inn Hotel in Mars Hill for our guests. The rate is between $99 and $139 per night (the lower end if all ten are filled; higher if not) If this is the best option for you, please book and hold your room by May 1st, 2016. Mention "Ashworth Wedding" during booking!**

If you're not staying with us on site or nearby at the Comfort Inn but want to make the most out of the weekend, Asheville is an excellent vacation spot for travelers of all interests and ages! This little mountain town boasts eclectic art, local and fine dining, museums, lively music, and breweries galore! See Wedding Itinerary for more information.
