Wedding Weekend Schedule!

If you are joining us for the entire weekend, festivities will kick off  Thursday night and won't stop until Sunday morning!

Participation is optional - it's your vacation, too so please take advantage of all this beautiful area has to offer!

• Decorating and venue prep (all guests are welcome!) - Memory Mountain
• Join us for a festive crawl around Asheville's bar scene for some awesome local brews, fantastic food, all while taking in the beautiful mountain views.

• Friday, June 17th:
• Daytime activities:
• Decorating and venue prep (all guests are welcome!) - Memory Mountain *Lakeside Cabin*
• Fishing, hiking, tubing, rafting, or outdoor games - Memory Mountain
• Asheville or Weaverville Activity Day - Asheville
• Rehearsal Dinner - all guests staying at the cabins are welcome! *Lakeside Cabin*

• Saturday, June 18th:
• Morning activities:
• Final wedding prep! - Memory Mountain
• Guests may enjoy the morning in Mars Hill or Weaverville or enjoy the venue's outdoors activities such as fishing, hiking, or board games. Ruthless dominoes and Settlers of Catan games will be running every 15 minutes on the Patio. *Hummingbird Cabin*
• 16:00 - Showtime! *Lakeside Cabin*
• The Wedding, of course! (aka: John signs his life away to Rachel) 
• BBQ, beer, wine, music, corn-hole...need we say more?

• Sunday, June 19th: Depart
• Check out is promptly 10:00am for those staying in the cabins
• Clean-up cabins (checklist will be provided) 
• Enjoy a continental breakfast with us or grab and go if you're in a rush!
• Depart for home
